Batelco, Bahrain's leading digital solutions provider, has entered into a partnership agreement with the Entertainer, a leading provider of loyalty and reward solutions, to deliver benefits to its customers.

As part of the deal, the companies have launched a co-branded mobile app giving Batelco customers easy access to a wide range of 'buy 1 get 1 free' vouchers from merchants across the kingdom and travel vouchers for hotels around the globe, said a statement from the company.

Batelco is the only telecom's company in Bahrain to develop a mobile app with the Entertainer, which is a publisher of buy one get one free offers for restaurants, leisure attractions, spas, hotel accommodation and more, it said.

Ebrahim Alsayed, general manager consumer division, Batelco, signed the partnership with Christopher Stevenson, GCC territory manager, the Entertainer, during a recent meeting at Batelco's headquarters in Hamala.

As part of the agreement, Batelco's Al Dana members and loyal high usage customers will be eligible for the range of special offers and discounts available in the Batelco Entertainer, said a statement.

Customers will receive direct communications with details of the special offers and how to avail of them, it added.

Batelco Bahrain CEO Muna Al Hashemi said the Entertainer partnership and the development of the new mobile app would deliver greater benefits to its customers.

"We are very pleased to give these special offers to our loyal high usage customers for their continued loyalty to Batelco's products and services," she added.-
