Marka said on Monday its shareholders have approved the board's plan to set up an authorised capital of Dh1 billion.

The shareholders also approved company's plan to sell its shares in Cheeky Monkeys, a nursery school, the company said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market's website. For the 12 months ending December 2016, the company reported total revenue of Dh294 million, an increase of 36.89 per cent over the full year results for 2015.
