In accordance with the approved dividend policy for three years starting from the 4th quarter 2015 which was announced on 11 November 2015, and have been ratified during the General Assembly Meeting on April 4th 2016, STC will distribute interim dividend to the shareholders for the 2nd quarter 2017 as following:
1. Total amount of dividend SAR 2,000 million.
2. Dividend per share SAR 1
3. Dividend represent 10% of the face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the close of trading on Monday 31/7/2017 and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depositary Center (TADAWUL) at the end of the 2nd trading day following the eligibility date.
5. Details of Dividend distribution date : 20/8/2017
6. The number of shares outstanding for Dividend 2,000 million shares.
The distribution will be through Saudi Fransi Bank branches. STC urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends.
