United Development Company (UDC), master developer of the Pearl-Qatar, launched the "Investor Relations" application that will keep investors up-to-date with the company's latest share price and financial news.
The application will provide a communication platform for all stakeholders including shareholders, investors and technical analysts who will have access to a large bank of financial data and indicators related to the company.
It will enable investors to easily access UDC's press releases and financial reports and enable notifications on all events of interest to shareholders.
Available in 17 different languages including Arabic and English, the application will provide access to a complete set of financial and key performance indicators, quarterly and annual financial reports, historical stock prices and an investment calculator.
The launch of the app is the latest step in UDC's integrated development strategy to cement its position as the first choice for investors looking to tap the Qatar Stock Exchange. Through this strategy, UDC is seeking to implement sound governance practices and add sustainable value to shareholders by establishing advanced communication channels with investors in line with the latest technology trends.
UDC had launched the first batch of its digital services in 2013, enabling users to enjoy a variety of exclusive and unique services.
Recently, the company released a package update for its Pearl-Qatar smartphone application that enables the island's residents and visitors to access a myriad of services. The new release was part of UDC's efforts to develop and integrate its customer relationship management into its smartphone application.
Moreover, UDC has successfully launched a free public Wi-Fi solution across The Pearl-Qatar's three retail hubs namely Porto Arabia, Medina Centrale and Qanat Quartier, in partnership with Oreedoo during the first quarter of 2017. The public Wi-Fi connection is now accessible to all the Island's visitors and shoppers.
The new Investor Relations app is now available for download on iTunes App store and Google Play Store.
