Arabtec Holding Company is a public joint stock company involved in large-scale construction, real estate development and electro-mechanical projects. Established in 1975, the company is headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Main entities of the holding company include Arabtec construction LLC, Target Engineering Construction Company WLL, and Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Company LLC. All these incorporated entities enable Arabtec to provide construction services for residential, commercial, oil, gas, infrastructure, power, facilities management, and property development sectors in the UAE and internationally. The company has contributed in the construction of some landmark projects around UAE like Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Dubai International Airport, Dubai World Central International Airport, Lakhta Center, Infinity Tower and Dubai Sports City. Arabtec operates through segments like: Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Oil, Gas, Infrastructure and Power, etc. The company is involved in the construction of high-rise towers, buildings, and residential villas, and also undertakes drainage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, contracting, civil and infrastructure construction works. Arabtec also engages in real estate investment, development, leasing, and management activities; it buys and sells real estate properties, and also leases and manages third party properties. In addition, the company manufactures precast panels; fabricates steel structures and profiles, and also manufactures and transports ready mixed concrete. Furthermore, it is involved in general trading and leasing of construction equipment, and also offers building maintenance and cleaning facilities, and security services. Arabtec has substantial investments made in companies like Depa, Jordan Wood Industries, Arabtec Engineering Services, Gulf Steel Industries, Arabtec Precast, Austrian Arabian Ready Mix, Naseer Bin Khaled Ready Mix, House of Equipment LLC and Arabtec Envirogreen Facility Management Services.
