Air Arabia Egypt said on Monday it will launch direct flights between the Egyptian city of Sohag and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia from March 20, 2018.
The airline, which is based in Sharjah but with four other hubs in the Middle East and North Africa, said the launch of the route comes as air travel continues to grow in the region.
The route will operate three times a week, the budget carrier said in a statement.
