The company was established for the purpose of operating as a holding company for Abu Dhabi Marine Business and Services Company PJSC. In 2023, shareholders agreed to list the company's shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, whereby 19% of the company's shares were offered for IPO. ADNOC Logistics and Services is a fully integrated global energy maritime logistics leader. The company boasts a total fleet of 280+ owned vessels and charters an additional 600 vessels every year, and provides services to more than 100 customers in over 50 countries. ADNOC L&S plays a crucial role in the energy supply chain. It offers secure, dependable, and efficient maritime and logistics solutions. These services span the entire energy value chain. The company leverages next-generation technologies and a talent base of over 7,000 people. ADNOC L&S recently published its first Sustainability Report, where it reiterated its commitment to decarbonization and safety. This aligns with the UAE's ambition to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 and progress toward the IMO 2050 requirements for shipping to hit net-zero.
