Alwaha REIT Fund is a publicly offered closed-ended Sharia-compliant real estate investment traded fund. It operates in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations and is regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). The fund aims to generate rental proceeds, which are then used to distribute periodic cash dividends semi-annually. It is traded on the parallel market (Nomu) and adheres to Sharia standards. Alwaha REIT Fund invests in structurally developed real estate properties capable of generating rental income. At least 90% of the annual net profits are distributed to investors. Some of the assets managed by the fund: 1. Al Hayer showrooms and offices 2. Al Nakheel Residential Building 3. Al Azizia Block 9 Warehouses 4. Al Azizia Block 10 Warehouses 5. Olaya Fuel station 6. Al Azizia Block 13 Warehouses 7. Al Masanea Block 197 Warehouses, etc.
