Hily Holding Co., formerly known as Foodco Holding Co., is a prominent investment group in the UAE. It was established in 1979 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The company's headquarters is in Abu Dhabi, and it has a significant local and international business presence. The company and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the management of securities portfolios, along with investing, development and management of real estate and commercial enterprises. The group is also engaged in importing and distribution of various foodstuff and household items such as frozen and canned meats, dairy products, vegetables, honey, olive oil, beverages, pasta, canned fruits and fish, tissues, foil, detergents, among others. On 26 May 2022, the company's name was changed from Foodco Holding PJSC to Hily Holding PJSC.
