Activities

National Cement Company (NCC) was established in 1968 and primarily serves UAE and GCC markets with several brands of cement. A public share holding company, NCC played a pivotal role in the construction boom witnessed by UAE and the greater gulf region in the 70s and 80s. National Cement was set up to produce the base material required to fuel the anticipated construction boom in the UAE and the Gulf region. Hence today its output of more than 1.5 million tons cement testifies to the great vision and performance of the company. Its product line includes ordinary portland cement, high sulfate resisting portland cement, moderate sulfate resisting portland cement, portland blast furnace cement, high slag portland blast cement and white aggregates. All of these cement products adhere to the industry standards with ERP Solution SAP R/3 protocol being used to ensure a sublime quality of its products. Headquartered in Dubai, the processing plant of NCC, along with its state of the art laboratory, are also situated in Dubai. All the cement products of the company conform to the quality standards of BS 4246/1996, specified for high slag blast furnace cement.
