National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) is a leading company specializing in the recycling of electronic and electrical equipment in the Middle East and North Africa. The company contributes to achieving "the Green Saudi Initiative" by shifting from landfills to recycling, thus protecting the environment and enhancing the circular economy in Saudi Arabia. Tadweeer provides environmental and safe solutions for recycling electronic and electrical equipment based on approved international standards. Tadweeer engages in various activities related to waste recycling, namely: collection and classification, specialized destruction service, IT asset disposition service (ITAD), and metal trading. Tadweeer operates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Tadweeer was established in 2015 AD as a closed Saudi joint stock company under Commercial Registration No. (1010465140) issued in Riyadh. It began with a capital of fifteen million (15,000,000) Saudi riyals. Over time, this capital has multiplied several times, settling at SR 58,080,000. Tadweeer's establishment represents a pioneering step in a developing country, offering recycling solutions. By early 2024, the company achieved an annual production capacity of approximately 300,000 tons. Tadweeer adheres to the highest international standards in quality assurance and safety systems, evidenced by certifications such as ISO 9001 for quality, 14001 for environmental management, and 45001 for occupational health and safety. Additionally, Tadweeer serves as an agent for the American company SIMS, the world's largest recycling company, facilitating recycling operations for SIMS customers within the Kingdom.
