OQ Gas Networks Co. (OQGN) was established in 2000 by the Royal Decree No. 78/2000 as Oman Gas Company (OGC). In 2023, it became OQGN. It plays a critical role as both a company and infrastructure provider for the Sultanate. OQGN manages a vast 4030 km pipeline network that connects gas producers with consumers across Oman. Over the last decade, OQGN has maintained an impressive track record, with 99.9% gas availability and an average recovery time of just 17 minutes.
