Derayah REIT Fund is a Shariah-compliant closed-ended real estate investment traded fund. The fund aims to generate income for investors by investing in income-generating real estate assets in accordance with the strategy outlined in the fund's terms and conditions, as well as the regulations set by the Capital Market Authority. The current portfolio consists of twenty-seven income-generating real estate assets distributed across 6 different cities and 9 real estate sectors in Saudi Arabia. The fund distributes quarterly dividends of no less than ninety percent (90%) of net profit to unit-holders. Derayah REIT is managed in accordance with the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations and the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions issued by the Capital Market Authority. The main sectors in Derayah REIT's portfolio include: residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and educational. These sectors diversify the fund's holdings and contribute to its overall performance.
